Here's what you need to pull this off in a pinch:
Grapeseed/Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Basil
Salt (to taste)
2-3 cloves of Garlic
1/4 cup peanut butter or Tahini
Package Edamame
Then you blend it all. You may want to add more oil and/or water make the hummus smoother and to take the air out of the freshly-blended edamame.
Then pour into something nice with a package of pita chips or something similar.
